Please Note
- The conference day prices include lunch, refreshments, access to exhibition hall and workshops.
- To qualify for the ‘Member’ discount you need to be a Birthlight tutor or teacher / trainee whose membership is current.
- To qualify for the ‘Group’ discount, the individual application forms for four delegates must be sent together in one batch with payment to Birthlight. Group booking applications need to be received by 30 June 2009.
Terms and Conditions
Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Cancellations received one full month before the start of the event will be refunded, minus a £10 administration fee.
We regret that cancellations received after June 11th 2009 cannot be refunded.
Places can be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of Birthlight. Email Birthlight at conference @ birthlight.com with cancellation, substitution or refund requests.
Birthlight reserve the right to alter the dates, the programme, the venue and the speakers, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Data Protection
Your details will be used for the purposes of organising this and future events. A list of delegates, who agreed to be included, will be circulated at the conference to all attendees and exhibitors. It will not be used for any other purpose.
